This page lists the main third parties that PapelSoftware LLC uses to deliver the Services and that may process customer data on our behalf. For questions, email [email protected].
1. Current subprocessors
PapelSoftware LLC engages the subprocessors below to help provide the Services. We only share the information each subprocessor needs for its specific task. Which subprocessors apply to your workspace depends on which Services you use.
Infrastructure and payments
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services, Inc. | Cloud hosting for Papel Cloud and apps we host for clients. | United States |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | DNS, CDN, DDoS protection and email address protection for our own websites and client sites. | United States |
| Stripe, Inc. | Payment processing for subscriptions and Papel Pay-powered checkouts. | United States |
Product, delivery and support tooling
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Anthropic, PBC | AI model (Claude) used by Papel Copilot and any AI features we build on request. | United States |
| Google LLC (Google Workspace) | Business email, calendar, documents and video calls used by our team. | United States |
| GitHub, Inc. | Source code hosting, issue tracking and code review for projects we deliver. | United States |

2. Client-controlled subprocessors
For development projects we often connect to third parties that the client has selected and holds the account for (for example analytics, authentication, email delivery, marketplace APIs). Those providers act under the client’s own agreements and are not subprocessors of PapelSoftware LLC.
3. Changes to this list
We will update this page at least 30 days before adding or replacing a subprocessor used to process Customer Personal Data. Customers who want proactive notice can email [email protected] to be added to the notification list; they may object to a new subprocessor on reasonable data-protection grounds, as described in our Data Processing Addendum.
