A request is one unit of work with a clear outcome: a new screen, an API integration, a bug, a performance fix. Large features are split into requests that each ship on their own. You can queue as many as you like; your plan sets how many we work on at once.
Plans are billed in advance in US dollars by card or ACH through our payment processor. Monthly plans renew every month; annual plans renew every 12 months and are 10% cheaper. Enterprise plans can be invoiced.
Yes. You can cancel any plan from your billing portal or by emailing billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Monthly development plans can also be paused once per year for up to 60 days.
New development subscriptions are covered by a 14-day refund: if you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we refund the unused portion. Software products can be refunded within 14 days of the first charge. Details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
You do. Work is committed to repositories in your own GitHub or GitLab organization, and intellectual property in paid work transfers to you under our Terms of Service.
Development subscriptions are available now. Papel Copilot, Papel Sites, Papel Cloud and Papel Monitor are in early access: we onboard customers in small groups and you are not charged until your workspace is live.
