- Do I need an account?
- No. Enter your email at checkout. After payment we create a free account with that email so you can follow progress and message the team.
- How do you get access to my site?
- After purchase we email you instructions to invite us as a user on your platform or hosting. Never send passwords by email or in the order form. You can remove our access as soon as we're done.
- What if the job is bigger than the listed scope?
- We tell you before doing any extra work. You can then choose a full refund, or a quote for the larger job. We never add charges without your approval.
- Is this a subscription?
- No. Quick services are a one-time payment in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT may apply depending on your location and is shown at checkout.
- What's your refund policy?
- If we can't start or complete the job within its listed scope, you get a full refund. If the delivered work doesn't match the description, tell us within 7 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
